45 minute sessions are recommended for individuals who have an active lifestyle and are just looking for professional guidance to reach his or her goal.

60 minutes

$90 per session

Are for very fit but also commonly selected for individuals in Dementia Care setting who live an active lifestyle. The extra time keeps a calm presence throughout the session.
