Exercise classes

We have cost effective classes for your community. All classes have elements of:

  • Fall Prevention
  • Balance
  • Strength & Endurance

Tai Chi Quan

This class focuses on balance and relaxation and calming movements. Can be done seated or standing.

Strength and Stretch

This class focuses on all around fitness. Strength, range of motion as well as posture and core strength. This is a preferred exercise class for Independent living facilities.

Seated Chair classes

This class is designed for Assisted, Dementia Care and Care Center Living facilities. All exercises are seated and accommondate for cognitive and physical impairments.
